High Protein Organic Pea Soup

Persistent high levels of stress burdens our bodies, compromising our immune system and making the requirement for nutrients higher. Yet this demand can pose challenging and usually gets brushed aside.

When stressed, we tend to be more tired, restless and edgy. We skip the good sources of protein & fiber, and instead reach for packaged & processed snack foods that are easily accessible, convenient to throw in our pocket or purse... and guaranteed to give our tastebuds that hit of salty sweet goodness. So instead, here is an easy and quick recipe to keep you going.

Ingredients:

  • 1 bag of @wholefoods organic green peas

  • 4 cups of water

  • 2 packets @brothmasters any bone broth

  • EVOO drizzle

  • Fresh black pepper to taste

Directions:

In nutribullet blender combine cooked peas & bone broth. Blend until smooth. Season to taste. * Please note, my specifica nutribullet is made for hot foods, however if don’t have this unit, be sure to cool ingredients prior to blending and then heat up in a saucepan to prevent possible blender malfunctions/exploding.
