This is my immune lovin’ Garlic Ginger Chicken dish, a quick and delicious stir fry with green, orange, and yellow bell peppers. This recipe is FREE of soy, dairy, gluten and added sugars.
Ingredients:
2 organic chicken breasts cut into chunks
3 bell peppers
3 tbsp coconut aminos
2 tbsp of freshly ground ginger
1 clove of minced garlic
3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Spices to taste: cayenne pepper, garlic powder, black pepper, pink salt
1 cup of quinoa
Directions:
In a wok or skillet, heat EVOO then add in garlic. Add chicken and after about 1/2 way cooked, add in the bell peppers and remaining ingredients.
